TEN DOLLARS REWARD. RAN away from the subscriber about the 18th inst. a negro man named STEPHEN, about 45 years of age, a stout made fellow, about five feet seven or eight inches high, has a remarkable broad foot, and a very long heel ; a cooper by trade. I forwarn[sic] all masters of vessels from carrying him out of the country, or any person from employing him. He is an artful fellow, and will try to pass for a free man. The above reward will be paid to any person, taking and securing him in any gaol, so as I may get him, or delivering him to Mr. Tho. Amia at Halifax. He formerly belonged to Stewart and Muir, and is well known about Halifax. CHRISTOPHER CLARK. Bertie county, Sept. 21 73
