25 Dollars Reward. RAN away from the subscriber, on the night of the 4th instant, a negro man named BILL, aged 30 years, 5 feet 6 inches high, and black complexion. Bill is a first rate cooper by trade, and is well known in Newbern. He had on when he went away, a pair of trowsers made of white domestic cotton and wool, plain wove, a pea jacket, of coarse dark gray cloth, and an old, black fur hat. The above Reward will be paid to any person who will deliver him to me, or confine him in jail in Newbern, so that I get him. All persons are cautioned against harbouring or carrying off said negro; under the penalty of the law. WILLIAM HANCOCK. March 9th, 1837.--445vt
