RUNAWAY, DENNIS, about 26 or 28 years old, recently bought of Mr. Morgan. He has a wife at Long Creek, in the service of Mr. Taylor. He was raised at Long Creek. I will give $50 for his capture, so I can get him; $75 if taken out of this county, and $250 if taken out of tho[sic] State. I will also pay $50 for evidence that will enable me to convict any white man of harboring him. DENNIS is a tall, slender-built black, a cooper by trade. G. J. McRee. March 30, 1853. 175-1w-30-tf
